Microsoft Dead or Live?

Courtesy Stewart Alsop, an excerpt from Marc Benioff’s memo to his team at Salesforce.com: Microsoft Dead.

My guess is that Benioff’s taunts will eventually galvanize Microsoft to action, and when it does, little Salesforce.com will feel it. Will he then regret having awakened a sleeping monster?
