Here are a few technology stocks that I own and cover. My method had been investing in trends, and in markets that have momentum.

Akamai (AKAM) Coverage: Online Video Beneficiaries: Akamai and Level 3’s Impact on Akamai? Clearly, my bet is on the growth in Online Video, and how the network infrastructure needs to scale because of it.

Autodesk (ADSK) Coverage: Design Collaboration in the Extended Enterprise and Future of CAD and PLM. My bet is largely on the 2D-3D movement in CAD, as well as the high-end to mid-market move.

Concur (CNQR) Coverage: Concur Set to Conquer Enterprise Travel, Concur’s SME Opportunity, and Interview with Steve Singh, CEO of Concur. The bet is on Enterprise 3.0 and SME.

EMC (EMC) Coverage: VMWare’s IPO: Wait? Needless to say, the bet is on VMW, and I found an opportunity to buy EMC at a good price.

Nokia (NOK) Coverage: iPhone and the Future of Nokia, iPhone Competitors: Nokia, and Nokia Buys Navteq, “Place” Becomes Key. This is one of my Convergence Device movement bets.

SunPower (SPWR) Coverage: Interview with CEO Tom Werner, Tapping Into the Sun, and Sunpower: Good Planning on PolySilicon. The bet, of course, is on the Solar Energy growth.
