Microsoft Inching Closer to Yahoo! Deal

Even though I have been a prolific writer on Yahoo!’s strategy, you have not heard me say much recently about Microsoft’s bid to acquire Yahoo! after the initial analysis, since I have believed that the deal will happen, no matter what. [Microsoft’s Masterful Maneuverings and Yahoo!’s Turnaround Strategy summarizes my position].

Well, Kara Swisher says it all: the deal is inevitable.
