FAQ: Can I Get One-on-One Meetings With Sramana As Part Of 1M/1M?

Let’s see . . .  Are you able to pay $750 an hour or $5,000 a day? Most likely not.

Most entrepreneurs we see are not at the stage were they have the resources to pay that kind of private consulting fees.

But here is the good news. With a little creativity, you can derive a great deal of value from the 1M/1M Premium program at only $1,000 a year. No need to spend big consulting bucks at this stage.

Let me explain how we have managed to get the fee to $1,000 a year and still provide such high level of entrepreneurial support.

First of all, Sramana has coached more than 400 entrepreneurs at the 1M/1M public roundtables in a span of three years. Based on that, she identified the common issues, questions, and problems that most early-stage entrepreneurs face. The 1M/1M curriculum is designed based on that knowledge and experience.

Thus, the minute you ask her a question, she will most likely be able to point you to a lecture module in the curriculum, along with supporting case studies. If you want to succeed, you’ll spend 30 to 60 minutes working with that curriculum module, and get your issue addressed. Then, when you come back to a private strategy roundtable and ask questions, you will be asking higher order, more sophisticated questions. You would have the basics under your belt through the curriculum.

As you repeat this process, you’d probably use 40 to 80 hours of curriculum material, which would amount to $25,000–$50,000 of consulting time. Plus, you get time at the private roundtables for discussions and feedback.

In addition, you would access our network. Once you are ready for a financing round, within an hour, 1M/1M will get your business in front of 10–20 investors, sometimes 40–50, depending on the business and your location.

These investors respect 1M/1M, and they would consider your deal promptly and seriously. You would know quickly whether it is a good fit. It takes years to build these kinds of relationships and credibility.

Investors rely heavily on networks like 1M/1M to source high-quality deals that have gone through a certain level of due diligence. How can you quantify the impact of such a network?

Although you don’t get one-on-one meetings with Sramana as part of 1M/1M, you get a rich portfolio of business development services and support that should advance you nicely if you use them all diligently.

Of course, you can always schedule additional one-on-one time with Sramana at $5,000 a day if you like. But I strongly advise you to exercise the $1,000 a year option first before you consider any private consulting.
