Is it Freemium?
Unless you have a sugar daddy, or you are a serial entrepreneur with savings to fund the business, Freemium is very difficult to sustain.
Conversion rate: 1-2%, if that.
Traffic acquisition: expensive and time consuming.
Conversion: extremely challenging.
Better start monetizing fast without having to sustain a humongous free-rider contingent.
