As you can imagine, it has been extremely rewarding to work with companies on their innovation management programs. To see the ideas of a group of employees take shape and grow into revenue generating activities over the course of a year is quite exciting for all involved.
It is, however, quite complex to manage the nuances of such programs and get them to work right.
