Another refrain that we hear a lot is the lack of role models.

Role models help. No question.

You know who is one of my role models? 

Some 15 years back, I did an Entrepreneur Journeys case study of a founder who was building a company called FineArtAmerica. With just three people, he was doing $5M in revenue. He was empowering a very large number of artists to market themselves and make a living.

I don’t like managing large numbers of people. I do things with Technology. 

I don’t like incessant travel. I scale with Digital means. 

My team has worked with me for 15+ years.

We’ve made a huge impact around the world.

I didn’t raise Venture Capital for 1Mby1M. 

I bootstrapped.

I chose autonomy over having to answer to VCs.
