Irina: How do you manage your time?
Jason: It’s fluid. If you’re late in diligence on a substantial investment, you’re going to spend an inordinate amount of time working on that. Likewise, if one of your portfolio companies has a strategic opportunity where they need a lot of board involvement, you’ll be spending a lot of time there. Your time varies on a week-by-week basis, but I think it’s important to take a step back and set key objectives on a quarterly and an annual basis. We do that as a firm, and we also do it individually to make sure that at the end of year, we’re putting time into the objectives we hope to achieve.
Irina: Thank you, Jason, for your great insights.
