Luis Montes

Luis is an experienced healthcare entrepreneur and business executive. He holds a doctor of physical therapy degree from Northwestern University and an MBA with specialization in entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University.

Luis has led various leadership roles in the areas of rehabilitation medicine with operational management experience in the in-patient, out-patient and home healthcare markets. Luis was the founder and President of AdvancedMed Rehab Centers, a multi-site physical therapy practice and consulting firm in South Florida. His passion for healthcare technology led him to join Accelerated Care Plus, a start-up in Reno, NV that specialized in rehab technologies and clinical program consulting for the sub-acute care rehab markets.

As a Director of Sales and Marketing there, he led the sales team in the Midwest to double digit growth until the company was acquired by publicly traded Hanger Group. He then joined Swiss based company Hocoma, an industry leader in the field of robotics for rehabilitation, to lead the business development efforts in the Southeast portion of the US. He is now a Corporate Director of Out-Patient and Home Health Based services at Alliance Rehab and co-founder at PatientDox.
